That looks brilliant Dave. Do you apply paint and scenery direct to the foam?

Polystyrene packing / extruded foam works well, you can carve it to shape with a breadknife and then cover it with modroc (plaster impregnated fabric). Depending on the size, you can also scrunch up newspaper / waste card and cover it with the modroc too...
