(It was 70 when I began ). The thing is absolutely amazing Noel. The amount of stock you have is mindblowing. I read at one point that you had 60 locos on the layout with another 25 in storage! Saying nothing of the countless carriages and freight stock. Quite similar to my 3 locos( or not) I hope you never calculate what this has set you back (or your wife never does) Anyway it is truly a work of beauty, and the videos are brilliantly done. The little touches like people in carriages , lighting , no smoking signs........ it just goes on. Brilliant. And of course all the buses and cranes etc. Keep up the amazing work I like it in case you hadn't guessed Thanks Derek, much appreciated

ttc0169
On this day 30 years ago-16/05/1994 -the Arrow railcars began operation on the Dublin Heuston- Kildare route, To commemorate this milestone we see 2601+2602 operate a special service though Tara junction. As the year is 1994-we see 001 class locomotive 056 work a laden ammonia from Marino point to Shelton abbey, and 048 on the ballast hopper train. Superb as always! I remember seeing Bullied opens in trains like that full of oul broken up sleepers, chairs and fishplates.....! At some stage, I hope to put together that all too common sight in the early 1960s - the lifting train! Sleeping van, brake van, and a number of flats (one or two with winches on them) and open wagons full of track fittings, with a couple of bogie flats with cut up sections of rail on them! Filthy green "C" up front.............. Edited June 15 by jhb171achill

ttc0169
After a suggestion from Philip Clampett and photos of the real “bubble”railcar 2751 from Colm O Callaghan-I set about altering a centre car from a three piece ICR,I had converted from a Bachmann 170 to the single car unit 2751, Thanks to the gentlemen named above-2751 operated a test run from Inchicore to Limerick and return this evening, The unit is seen here passing through Tara junction.station heading back to Inchicore. 7
DJ Dangerous
Looks excellent, @ttc0169! Was the real life 2751 given much work to do back in her day? Also, can't help but notice how heavy the bus traffic is on the ramp leading up to the bridge... If you need to divert some of that bus traffic elsewhere, I know a man! 2
