  1. Thanks for that,I must get a copy.
  2. After a visit last October to see Noels Tara Junction and having been stunned by his layout and the variety of rolling stock, and his collection of Irish buses, I just loved the Bedford SS School bus in the long and short wheelbase. So I bought the long wheelbase version from Shapeways and now have her just finished.SSM decals along with some hand painting, plus a few passengers inside. As with 3d printing the finish is rough, but I did not bother with sanding. The front and rear windows have proven difficult to insert, and I used some clear fix to stick them in place, and I might re fix at a later stage. My mate who is good at wood turning, made up 11 more bubbles for me. I have 4 in the shed-1 made up and 3 painted and in need of chassis. I think when they are all done a rake of 15 will be nice,so now to save for 15 prestwin kits and some decals from Des.
  3. Looks fantastic, and I never saw a signal in a position like that before.
  4. Thanks lads for kind comments.
  5. Kadee no.20 more like it Bos. The 20s work well but I felt the wagons needed a bit more weight. The ballast plough vans are on the bench as well for work.
  6. Workbench is back in action again after a bit of rest. Ballast wagons are on the production line again for new brass bearings, pipes, hand wheel, and some rust and the stone load has been dropped down a bit and some weight added to the base of the chassis.
  7. I was down to visit Ballybeg last week and brought along 071 in grey and a few autoballasters in tow.You wont normally see anything post 1994 on this layout so enjoy a few photos-

  15. I will get one or two kits at some stage.I always loved the Park Royal coaches, and the fact you can run them with Craven coaches as well.

  17. I dont know the grey Ral colour, but maybe this photo might help of Gerry Byrne's grey 121.He might be be able to tell you the colours later if he is on here.
  18. That viaduct looks so nice-great job.
  19. A super collection I must say.I enjoyed the photos taken around Borris in the Carlow section and the Wickham inspection car crossing Currabaha LC near Kilmacthomas. On viewing the Wexford section,I think some photos are from the Sallins-Tullow branch as it mentions a lifting train on the Slaney bridge which as from what I know is not on the Rosslare line.
  20. I just want to say my Condolences to Seamus(Heir Flick)who lost Mother last night.RIP.
