  6. I have put some plastic card in the internal area to help the body sit better on the chassis.I have some photos of what I plan to do with the shape way plough and the brass SSM parts that will hold the thing together.

  10. Thanks lads, ye can picture me out in the shed this evening, cold bloody shed I might add.I am going to try to do as much as possible on these.I think Des is the artist on the nice kits he brings out.

While the 42 flats are not 100% finished, I have started on the SSM ballast plough van.You can see the difference between the shape ways version which seems a little too long and lacks detail, the SSM version has the side lamps, stove vent and comes with the option of grills for the windows.Two antennas are also supplied for the roof.I might cheat a bit and use the 3d printed shapeways plough that have more detail.

  24. Done a bit of work on the underside. Not sure if it's correct, but looks ok to me.
