burnthebox Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Will someone get that JCB & that railways digger working or weathered, as obviously I’m not the only one on here who thought that’s a Working Crew, & I mean a WORKING CREW, like not a coffee break Irish all day crew....! 1 Quote
DJ Dangerous Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Lovely photos, lovely layout, amazing hurricane-like progress this year, and that's a lovely vehicle selection! 1 Quote

gm171 kk Posted November 28, 2020 Author Posted November 28, 2020 Got my hands on 133 yesterday. I haven't run it yet but I did place it on the layout for a few photos. Unfortunately there's a few details damaged in the box so it has to go back to the seller. 7 2 Quote

The handrails and a couple of other bits on mine were broken so unfortunately I have to exchange it. Looking forward to 129 so I can have a pair. Quote

Well, that’s not what I’m expecting to read, but, of course you can’t fill an egg basket without breaking an egg or two.... here’s hoping mines around the corner...just.. BTB Quote
gm171 kk Posted December 4, 2020 Author Posted December 4, 2020 133 on the airbraked liner tonight. Delighted with 133. Next weekend should be busy with 133 operational along with another one of her sisters and hopefully some wagons to lay ballast on the layout. 8 Quote
Noel Posted December 4, 2020 Posted December 4, 2020 Looks Fab. Received email earlier that 133 is despatched from IRM and on its way here 1 Quote

gm171 kk Posted December 5, 2020 Author Posted December 5, 2020 082 is back after a two year absense. It donated its chassis too 112 for the passed two years. 112 has the old 2+1 marker lights whereas 082 had the 2+2 LED clusters which meant the marker lights on 112 didn't work after the swap. I since asmcquired an 071 very cheap with the 2+1 marker lights. This chassis is now under 112 and 082 now has its own chassis back. 6 Quote

gm171 kk Posted December 23, 2020 Author Posted December 23, 2020 129 and 133 are in the yard while 220 arrives with kegs from Dublin and 143 waits to leave with empty kegs. 5 1 Quote

gm171 kk Posted February 6, 2021 Author Posted February 6, 2021 So I got the airbrush out for the first time and weathered the track. No where near a perfect result and it started a load of extra work to tidy up ballast but it was a learning experience. 11 Quote
