Lots of Irish Mk2s on eBay this week, if Santa brought you more money than you know what to do with:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/147059508743

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/147059466563

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/147058933561

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/147058944058

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/147058951137

And a Hattons full brake:

I am not suggesting that these are sensible prices!

I've just put this SSM GSWR coach kit on my watch list, although I suspect it will be more economical for someone based in Ireland.

The starting price is fair, and these aren't usually available individually so it's a good opportunity to get just the one rather than a whole rake of six:

Or just drop me a line...

IRM A Class no. 027 in SuperTrain livery, current highest bid €102 EURO, listing finishes in seven days:

https://www.ebay.es/itm/227153167493

Murphy Models 141 Class no. 141 kn preserved black livery, DCC fitted, €240 EURO:

https://www.ebay.es/itm/205906489428

Rails do have a few used 141’s listed, but as they’re more expensive than the in-stock second run, I haven’t bothered posting them.

Bachmann N Class / K1A / Woolwich / Mogul, un-numbered, €52 EURO, zero bids, finishes in seven days:

https://www.ebay.es/itm/227152979439

Worth highlighting that all three are UK based sellers so final price will probably be 25% higher for EU buyers.

Good spots, DJD!

Here are a few more that may be of interest:

H vans, 2 out of a 3-pack, price is currently reasonable for that: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/267528643924

Gypsum hoppers 3-pack, these don't come up often: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/227153146643

Light green A42: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/227153161604

Not forgetting from @Georgeconna of this parish, a weedspray train: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/236556205426

That A42 is from the same seller as 027. Interesting how the boxes have faded. Same has happened to several of mine, but only the parts not protected by transparent plastic sheeting.

Gotta keep these gals 2 happy! More expensive than Trains!

May be an image of kayak and text that says "VE W"

Have to try and get them into model railways! :)

For the narrow minded:

I'd missed this myself, if it's been on the site already:

Our friend Roderick Bruce of 00 Works fame has branched into narrow gauge.

Donegal wagons, RTR on eBay at the reasonablee price of £40 each.

See:

Backwood kits are almost ready to go again. Nev is just trying to find a few replacement parts

As for the oon3 Worsley kits, you can now ask Stan at johnwilliams509@btinternet.com as he has taken on the oon3 range from Allen.

Very useful info in both cases Colin!

Has Stan only taken on the Narrow gauge side of WW?

As far as I know, he has only taken on the 009, 00n3, and the HOn3 ranges. Allen is still looking for someone to take on the Irish Standard (5ft 3ins) gauge ranges across the scales. The 4mm Irish NG has gone to Stan, but other scales may still be available.

Allen once told me that he does not always put all his Irish kits on the website, which are for sale.

Is Allen still taking orders while he waits for a buyer? I notice his website hasn't changed!

I just sent him an email (from here in Chicago) to ask him about Irish broad gauge in-stock kits in 4mm and 7mm scales.

I've wanted to buy four of his Great Southern Railway of Ireland Pullman carriages, but blew out my discretionary spending last summer on his last in-stock Irish narrow gauge kits for the Cavan & Leitrim Railway, including ex-Tralee & Dingle carriages and 2-6-2T locomotive 5T.

The RTR County Donegal vans in 00n3 can be ordered directly by contacting Mr. and Mrs. Bruce by email or telephone.  See the email address and other ways to contact them at https://www.ooworks.co.uk/order-contact-us.  They do not have the models listed on the web site, but the offer of the models is published in the most recent New Irish Lines journal.

Let us know how that goes. There's one item in his Irish standard gauge that I think I might be able to justify this time round.....

I may have a couple of brass kits of Bredin coaches here to sell if that's any good. I would just want whatever they cost me in the first place (from Studio Scale Models) which i'd have to look up.

Which kit might you wish to buy?

Thank you.  The Bredin coaches are sharp, but would be beyond my ability at this time.  It looks like Des is only offering the postal van now: https://www.studio-scale-models.com/Coaches.shtml.  The GSR Pullman coaches are a personal interest.

NCC "WT" tank. He only produced the body for it, and didn't get round to designing the chassis.

Do you have a Bredin Third?

I’d be very interested in a Bredin composite if you have one.
