When I was selling my BR steam era stuff I never came across an option to block certain regions only option was on what countries you didn’t want to post to. But things may have changed recently. So I'm guessing that there is some sort of additional level of visibility for sellers now, where they can block regions based on IP addresses or something. However, when I turn on my VPN and use an Irish or UK IP address, the advert DOES appear in the search results, but only on the .co.uk platform.
