JasonB Posted December 28, 2021 Posted December 28, 2021 Fantastic work. 080 is the standout for me. Really like the grime around the exhaust and fans in particular. 2

For me personally it is a favourite having really taken the time to apply lessons learnt and from feedback I've got from here. 3

Dempsey Posted December 29, 2021 Author Posted December 29, 2021 Thank you all. Now to build up to tackling my A class. 1

Dempsey Posted January 26, 2022 Author Posted January 26, 2022 I've been spending the last while getting the colour match as close as possible for the revised enterprise livery 208 has at least one coach to haul for now. Your thoughts and comments as always are appreciated. Chris 6 4

JasonB Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Really nice work. Masking is one of them jobs that can be quite tedious at times. But is always worth the effort when you achieve results like that. 2 1

PJR Posted September 14, 2022 Posted September 14, 2022 The most realistic weathering of these models that I have seen, well done sir. 1 2
murphaph Posted September 14, 2022 Posted September 14, 2022 Excellent. That's what you want, nice bit of caked on cement. Is it real cement? 1 1
John-r Posted September 14, 2022 Posted September 14, 2022 Absolutely fantastic, same sentiments as above most realistic yet, well done. 1 2

I had some trouble with it initially as ot was my first time using it but I'm happy and more importantly the owner is happy with the results 2
DJ Dangerous Posted September 15, 2022 Posted September 15, 2022 Lovely job!!! Just looks so real... If you said that it wasn't cement dust, you'd have had some explaining to do. 2 2
MKrocker Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Just right in my opinion. I have a black and tan to weather, so far, afraid to go near it!!! 2

jhb171achill Posted September 16, 2022 Posted September 16, 2022 Very well done indeed! I can attest to the quality of Dempsey's weathering, as it is his by his fair hand that my Woolwichs, 00 Works J15s, 141s and "A"s were made work-weary, equally realistically. Regarding the cement wagons, yes, in real life they got a good coating of actual cement. One thing I do remember is that this seemed to get much worse with the passing years. In the latter-day "cream" livery (with either logo!), they were always absolutely filthy - so much so that sometimes they could have been painted tartan and pink for all the world knew. However, in the original standard wagon grey, and earlier days of the later orange, they were kept much cleaner. 4

jhb171achill Posted September 18, 2022 Posted September 18, 2022 Saw those bubbles running this afternoon, hauled by a Silverfox "C" class, also weathered very convincingly by Mr. Dempsey. Excellent stuff. 2
