Hopefully, somebody can pin Paddy down at the October show and get a feel for what's likely to happen, and when. I'd guess that the Mk3's are an even bigger project than the Mk2D's, requiring a huge amount of research, design, and new tooling. Almost sure that Paddy replied to an email of mine a year or so back, saying that he was looking into 21mm-friendly bogies, too. EDIT: Just to clarify, it was March 2021 when I received the email reply from Paddy Murphy, and he did not guarantee 21mm-friendly bogies. His exact words were: "We are looking at the bogie situation." I don't want to make it sound like he guaranteed it or anything like that. All are shown in CIE Supertrain livery but the descriptions are all for IR/IE liveries, no? Will any of this batch be in Supertrain livery does anyone know?
