Weshty Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 I bought one some time ago. It's good value for a totally scratchbuilt kit and is a quite accurate representation. He also provided great after-sales advice about suitable motor power (HO scale Lima class 25 will do). Still have to put it together though.... Quote

WRENNEIRE Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Agreed Steve but these sets make £150 on a good day, I imagine because of the new NIR 111 112 & 8113 locos there is now a big demand for running stock for them There were 3 bidders in around the £150 mark but then a sniper at the finish punted it up t0 £195 Maybe the recession is over and we weren't told? Historically the NIR sets don't go with either 111,112 or 113 in the condition they are in. They are the wrong livery for 111 and they were scrapped or returned to the UK as far as I know by the time 112 got LED markers or 113 got it's 8. I got them to go with 209 along with the other set I got around this time last year for €90 odd delivered. Being off the sauce for 2 months and having no girlfriend makes these things easier. Quote
