Hi

Just gets better and better

When looking at the photos I keep expecting to see the figures move!

It's only ten on a Saturday night, there's time yet....

Where does fantasy start and reality end?

A bit of re-working and you've got the start of a great song there - let's hope we don't get caught in a landslide...?

When u feel that your hobbie is losing interest just look at some of these wonderful models & layouts and what can be achieved with some hard work and enjoyment love the hunslet it reminds me of it charging by Greenisland on Sunday ballast duties in the 80's wonderful

Thanks for all the comments guys.

Stunning Anthony@!!@

Do you have kadees on the bagged cement wagons?

Stephen I run fixed rakes so the the 2 end wagons have Kadee's fitted and the rest are fitted with X10633 Hornby couplings

Are the PW wagons a kit or scratch built? Top drawer modelling there.

The PW wagons are 60' Genesis white metal kits soldered together and then the usual painting and weathering.

Very nice. Your livery respray is much closer to the real super train coaches I remember. The side by side by photo shows just how hideous the 'dayglow orange' really is out of the box. Nice job on the respray, looks great.

Anto my boy, you're lighting a fire with this one, for me, the Jury's still out, the more I look at those pics the more I'm confused, but that EGV is more the 141 stripe,

Painted on a few white lines, some black paint on the roof, and added some decals to the super train mk2 1st class coach. The colour is an exact match for the existing intercity mk2's

Mod: Crikey, it's like 3am at a hen party with all the tears and handbags in here.

We've received a few reported post notifications, and I'm here to clean up the mess...

1. Infraction to Ed for starting the row.

2. Infraction to Anto for retaliating instead of letting the mods deal with the situation, as per site rules.

Offending posts deleted. Any further communications in relation to this should be conducted via PM with the mod team. Continuing it here will result in more infractions.

Anto

Can you stick a MM Mk 2 original beside one of your repaints please?

Like to see them together to see how they compare

Already did Dave check out post number 678. The mk2 1st isn't a repaint just decals added and roof/white lines painted. Will take some more photos tomorrow for you.

I was looking for an original Mk 2d in Inter City livery placed with your Inter City repaint for a colour comparison Anto

So say post 686 compared to an original one
