And if we do see them they definitely won’t be €200 considering the new 141s are more than that 3 Quote
Westcorkrailway Posted February 9 Posted February 9 They will be €250 I suspect. But at least that is better then current prices Pre-owned Quote

You posted something similar here, too. The last update I remember seeing was here, from @DonderBlitzen, and there was nothing set in stone. I'd love to see more on sale, brand new, for €200, inside the next ten and a half months, but don't want to get my hopes up without some kind of source. Maybe @WRENNEIRE has posted the info and I've missed it? @Dempsey will be delighted to hear that they are guaranteed so soon, if that is the case! Quote

WRENNEIRE Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Not too far off the mark @Galteemore I think its similar to last year when some coaches were offered for sale from "foreign parts" Rumour has it that the manufacturer may have made more than was ordered, held them for a while and then offered them for sale through a third party, only down the price of labour and parts, so would stand to make a healthy profit 1 Quote

I think it should be possible to separate the sides from the central structure and then grafting in extension pieces to widen it before gluing the sides back on. That's the only thing I can think of as I don't think IRM B4s are available as spares and, anyway, their mounting is a bit different to Murphy's. Not aware of sprung bogies being available for 21mm, but could be adapted from P4 ones. 1 Quote
